Ad Hoc Desktop and Server Support
Get support for your desktops and servers on a pay as you go basis.
Pay a single fee per hour (minimun 1 hour applies)
for single resolutions which do not require onsite visits.
Onsite visits incurr a minimum of 2 Hours fee
Monthly support contract
Pay a monthly fee for both remote and onsite support within our SLA. Outside this SLA pay a hourly fee that is capped.
Telephone Support during normal office hours.
Remote Support
Onsite visit if either above does not resolve the issue.
Monthly contract with onsite visit.
Some organisations prefer to have on site presence for those day to day duties and general help with IT issues.
We currently have several clients whom we visit once a week for 2-3 hours to help with anything from using software to designing leaflets or negotiating with suppliers.
